you can use the regex header filter for this.

Hi,
Most of you probably received this "Look,my beautiful girl friend" mail.
I hope none of you are running windows, the message contains an .bat
attachment so it's probably a virus.
This got me wondering, the only filter option on attachments is
"exists/does not exist", it would be nice to be able to perform a regex
search on attachments, that way you could define a filter that
automatically moves such messages to a special folder...
regex match both on message header and message body don't work...
Just a suggestion!
