When printing from Evolution the bottom margin seems to be set to
aggressively - causing the last line of text on a page to be cut off
horizontally.
It's probably trying to print to A4 paper, although I thought we fixed
that at some point... I don't know how to change that via config files.
Re: someone else's comment about footers, Evo 1.2 will have date and
sender info in the printout.
