I have the same issue, using the RedHat 6.2 RPMs on Mandrake 7.2.
Noticed it last night, with the first batch of 2001.09.27 snapshots.
Closing Evo and re-opening brings back the menu.
I've seen this as well, and I've been able to get the menus back just by
switching folders.
Is this in bugzilla yet?
