I have thought about it, and I bvelive it's wrong.  

First, this is a vFolder, not the real folder so I would expect not to
be able to MOVE mails out of it.  

Second, if the filter was working corectly, it would move the mail, not
copy the mail as is happening.

Isn't that correct, a move actually moves the mail, while a copy
actually copies teh mail?
