Hi all,
although Evolution works pretty well with the ISO-8859-2 encoded data,
there are problems with external files:
1. If I save an 8859-2 encoded message in a file, the contents is
quoted-printable.
2. If I include an 8859-2 encoded text file inline or even paste text
using the middle button, some accented characters are incorrect -
apparently, this text is considered to be 8859-1 encoded.
3. If I view 8859-2 encoded text attachments inline, they are again
displayed as 8859-1.
This is all despite the setting of "Default character set" to "Central
European (ISO-8859-2)" in Mail Settings.
Also, 8859-2 encoded messages are not printed correctly even with
appropriate fonts set in Control Panel->HTML Viewer.
Best regards,
Lada
