[Evolution] test

Purely out of interest, did the compile-time file locking change in
the most recent snapshot ?  All of a sudden I get the old fcntl:  No
locks available error.

I'm going to rebuild the snapshot with --enable-file-locking=flock and
see if that fixes it.

Just as another note, although the error 'seems' to indicate that the
message wasn't sent, it still does get sent, but not copied into the
sent folder.
