[Evolution] No Summary Executive-summary dumps core

Hi All, this may have been addressed before, but I can't find it in
the archives so here it is:


Evolution runs just fine (0.14.99, all the current libraries)

But I get no summary, and no summary icon, running
evolution with the --debug option yields:
