[Evolution] FEATURE: Evo should note unedited messages

Here's a feature for 1.8 or so ;]

Evo should notice that a new message has not been edited (e.g. no
addresses added, no subject, and nothing typed in the message) or that a
reply has not been changed and not prompt for saving if you close the
message.
