[Evolution] Configurable keybindings?

WoW!  What can I say other than the jump in stability/useability in each
subsequent issue of evolution is amazing!  Keep up the great work
developers!

Now, I can't seem to find a way to configure keybindings.  I have looked
at all the menus under each of the given components and nothing seems to
appear right.  For instance, I'd much prefer ALT-{X,C,V} for clipboard
operations, CTRL-X to send mail, and "P" for the preview pane instead of
"Q".  Is this possible?

Also, some documentation about the task manager would be useful. :-)  I
have yet to figure out what the little checkbox means and how to get tasks
to show up under the summary.  Thanks for any help.

On the "Are these known bugs/issues or do I need to change some
configuration" front:

1) Under "My Weather" in the summary the degree symbol appears as a
question mark (?) as in so many M$-generated webpages and documents.(?!?)

2) Finally, the importers are improving!   But the checkbox selections in
the automatic (i.e. more than 1 file) don't seem to have any effect.
Regardless of which boxes are checked (or not) the intelligent importer
ALWAYS tries to merge in my existing PINE addressbook, PINE mail, and
netscape mail, while NEVER reading my GnomeCard addresses.
