[Evolution] Contact List gone and cannot not enter new contacts HELP?

I just did a redcarpet update which upgraded my evolution to
evolution-0.10-ximain.2. Now it seems I have 3 problems
1) All my contacts are gone.
2) If I click on the Contacts button and then bring up a blank contact
window I cannot not type in any of the fields to do an add.
3) If I right click on a senders name I get a pop up window stating
query address book but no add to address book.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
