[Evolution] Content-Type for inline attachments

Hi,
    I just recieved a (polite) complaint that my inline attachments show
    up with codes instead of Swedish characters, and that Content-Type
    probably should be set to charset="iso-8859-1"

    I haven't found where to correct this, any tips?
