[Evolution] Evolution vs. Evolution Snapshot

What is the relationship between the Evolution channel and the Evolution
Snapshot channel in Red Carpet?

Can I subscribe to both?  I currently subscribe to Evolution Snapshot.
When I added the Evolution channel today, I got the following message
when I tried to update:
