[Evolution] focus broken in message list and composer in cvs trunk

Heya,

cvs up'd this morning and found out that focus issues resurfaced once
again.

currently, i don't think it's possible to use the good ol' n/p/<spc> to
move/scroll messages when focus is in the message list.

also, the tabbing in the composer is funny again. well, it somewhat
works, but I haven't been able to focus To: text field (fortunately i
can use the address selection dialog)
