[Evolution] latest snapshot oddities

1) Default compose window text is now italicized. Yuck.

2) Newly downloaded mail is not viewable in the message list until after
a restart of Evo.

3) If no password is entered in the settings, then one is prompted for
it during message retrieval. However, unlike previous builds where you
only had to enter the password(s) once for each invocation of Evo, you
now have to do it each time you hit Send/Receive. No biggie but I
preferred the former action.
