[Evolution] An Idea

Evolution just gets better day by day. Something dawned on me today
though. I have evolution running on one of my five workspaces. I spend
most of my time in other workspaces, whether it be browsing in Galeon or
typing in Abiword. The only way I know if I have new email is by
switching to the workspace with evolution running on it. I tried setting
up the gnome mail applet to work with my Inbox mbox, but if both the
applet and evo are accessing it, evo pops up an error message. I would
love to see an applet that is part of evolution that displays new
messages, maybe with a counter. Any plans for this?
