[Evolution] IMAP config to break a little bit (but new toys!)

This is a heads up that some time in the next several hours I'll be
committing a bunch of new config stuff, and this may break your IMAP
server configuration(s), so be prepared. (POP and mbox configuration
will remain unharmed.)

In particular, your existing IMAP servers will lose their namespace, and
will switch from "show only subscribed folders" to "show all folders".

To fix this, go to Tools -> Mail Settings, select your IMAP server,
click "Edit", go to the "Receiving Options" page (if it's not there,
that means you're not losing yet :-), and turn on "Show only subscribed
folders" if you want that, and "Override server-supplied namespace" if
you want that, and enter in the namespace you want. (FYI, you probably
only want to override the namespace if you're using UW imapd and have
your mail in a subdirectory of your homedir. If you're using Cyrus or
Courier or just about any other IMAPd, you shouldn't need to specify the
namespace yourself.)

You can also decide whether or not you want "Check for new messages in
all folders". If you select it, Evolution will behave like it used to,
where when you log in and/or click "Send/Receive", it will scan all of
the folders for new mail (which is useful if you run procmail on your
IMAP server, for instance). If it's unchecked, it will only look in
INBOX, which is much faster if you have lots of folders that don't
receive new mail automatically. (In particular, if you use UW imapd and
have lots of folders, folder scanning will be much faster if you don't
select both "show only subscribed folders" and "check for new messages
in all folders".)

Oh, it will probably forget your password every time you go change
anything in the config dialog too... That's a bug...
