[Evolution] evo 0.9, 2 problems

hi there
i encounter 2 problems when using evo 0.9

1) i created vfolder and filter rule( sender contains a certain domain
name). when i apply filter the message disappears from the inbox but
never goes to my vfolder? what happens here?

2) when writing a new mail, pressing to in the composer causes very
often the adress book to crash.
at the moment i go to contacts right click and choose 'new mail to
contact' any hints
