What OS/distro/whatever?

What this means is that it's #including the <iconv.h> from libiconv, but
then not linking against the corresponding libiconv.so. But since it's
not complaining about not finding -liconv, that implies to me that it's
linking against a *different* libiconv.so perhaps?
