[Evolution] When do VFolders sync?

After making a modification to a vfolder configuration, I find myself
having to restart Evolution in order for the change to take effect.
(I'm using cvs.2001.03.07.09.05.) This doesn't strike me as correct
behaviour, but I'm just wondering what it _should_ do.
