[Evolution] bug: can't delete mail

Hi

from time to time evolution refuses to delete some mails in a vfolder
(deleting from other vfolders works) with both ctrl+d and menu
Edit/Delete.
If I restart evolution it works or if I wait until mail comes again
(that vfolder will be refreshed).

Anybody else had this?
