The bug doesn't say it, but this is almost identical the the error I was
getting starting the Evo shell in bug 4169 (though with /local/shell
instead of /locla/Inbox).  In that case, it appeared to be a case of
outdated and mismatched packages, and a non-standard (to RedHat) GNOME
install directory.

Try removing the old versionas of your RPM's, then finding where your OAF
packages are installed, and setting OAF_INFO_PATH=/path/to/oaf/install/dir
