[Evolution] Running CVS version

Lo,

Just checking out the progress of Evolution; and see if it still can't beat
my favourite mailer. (Haven't been using evo for months :-)

Things have changed in the CVS tree. Just some helpful notes; didn't see
this anywhere else:

* dir macros missing: get gnome-common from gnome cvs
* dir libversit missing: get gnome-pim from gnome cvs
* dir libical missing: get libical from gnome cvs
* copy gnome-common/macros to evolution/macros
* copy libical to evolution/libical
* copy gnome-pim/libversit to evolution/libversit

(you also need sleepy cat's berkeley db 3.1.17; this *is* documented in
evolution/README)

I may be missing something very obvious, so perhaps the above is a little
bit contrived...
