[Evolution] My local account still does not work

I installed the latest evolution snapshot that should have the solution
to the movemail program. However every time that I try to get my local
mail I get the following pupup:

Error whhile performing operation: 
Could not lock '/var/spool/mail/diego'

This problem is only affecting me or is is a genral problem?. Is it
already reported as a bug or I should fill one?
