[Evolution] Put Evo data on removable drive?

I have a removable SCSI drive that I carry between home and work daily.
It's FAT32 (for compatibility betw Linux and Win2K).

Is possible to move the Evo files onto this drive so that I can have the
same mail base at home and at work?
