[Evolution] Outlook mail import utility

Mozilla .7 has a mail import utility that can import Outlook and Outlook
Express mail.
I created a new folder with Evolution and then droped the new "Mozilla
win32" created file into the new folder replacing the mbox file.
Evolution read the new file. The imported mbox has over 4000 messages.
I also noticed that Mozilla linux is missing this utility.
