[Evolution] Problems getting IMAP mail, a suggestion, and a UI rant

Hi,

Is it just us, or does Evo have problems retreving IMAP mail? We run
RedHat 6.2 on server and clients, UoW IMAP 4.7 and Evo 0.8. Sometimes
there will be some mails in the INBOX which other programs will display
but Evo will not (even after pressing get mail or leaving it for several
minutes for the auto check to run) until it has been restarted.

Suggestion: how about popping up the manage subscriptions dialog after
adding a new IMAP server?

Another suggestion: the ability to add headers to the list normally
displayed in brief mode? I run procmail+junkfilter and it inserts a
header which describes why the message is spam - I would like to be able
to see this header without having to see all of them.

Also: much of Evo assumes a GTK theme with solid coloured backgrounds.
A colleague uses the Odo theme (IIRC) which has pixmapped background to
toolbars etc and some of the Evo components ignore this and use a solid
colour as the background. I can send some screenshots if people want to
see specific examples.
