[Evolution] Few focusing problems

Quick bug, when I press reply on a message, the focus does not appear to
set to the text box where you reply to the message, is this intentional?

Another problem is when you create a rule by right clicking on an email.
When you click on folder list when you tell Evolution to move the
message, the filter window goes into the background. When you are
finished selecting he folder, it does not come back, you have to go down
to the task bar and select it.

Also, when you create a new folder, if you don't select anything and you
try and create a folder, you don't get an error, it just acts like the
folder was created but you can't find it anywhere.
