[Evolution] Shortcut bar header buttons ignore theme colours

Hi,

I think this is a bug in GAL but I'm not sure so I'll post it here
before being told what product to post it under.

The header buttons in the shortcut bar ignore the theme colours - when I
roll over buttons they should turn blue (Adept Premier theme). Attached
are two PNGs, one (correct-button.png) which shows what the folder list
drop-down looks like when I roll over it.  The other (wrong-button.png)
is the shortcut header button when I've rolled over it.  It can be seen
that the border of the button has indeed turned blue, but it appears
that the inside has been hard-coded gray.
