[Evolution] vFolder must have feature

Hey, I just had a really good (IMHO) idea!

When creating vFolders we are given the ability to choses one or more
source folders for the vFolder right, well (and I don't know if this has
been sugested or not) how about the ability to have a catch all folder
thingy.  

What I mean is have a button that applies the vfolder to all real
folders, even thoise that have not been made yet.  By that I mean rather
than have th ebutton just add all existing folders, build it into th
sustem to always scan all folders.

Just a thought, It came to me while making an unread mail vFolder, so I
imagine nearly every one has already thought of it...
