[Evolution] Another problem with IMAP and Get Mail

If I do a Get Mail, then enter my IMAP password when that
form appears, I cannot get to my IMAP folder after mail
check is done.  If I enter my password when Evolution
starts or when I click on my IMAP root folder, then I
can.

Also, I am getting many, many more Connection Refused and
No Route To Host messages (basically 90% of the time now)
when checking my POP accounts with the new Get Mail
dialog.  I think it's always worse if the IMAP password
dialog pops up while the other threads are trying to get
mail.  It seems strange that this would happen, but I
know I'm not the only one to report this, and it's a
problem that I've really only seen with the new Get Mail
dialog.
