[Evolution] Unbinding keys

Is there a way to unbind control-D from the delete operation? I use
control-D all the time to close shell windows, and I just accidentally
deleted a message when the focus was on the wrong window. (Fortunately
there's undelete.) (I almost never delete messages individually, instead
moving them in bulk to the spam or trash folders.)
