You can set 2 options in the global GNOME html component settings in the
GNOME Control Center. Those options are dictionnary selection and
mispelled words color.

Also, right clicking on a mispelled word pops a contextual menu up that
allows to add the word to a custom dictionnary or ignore it or provide
some suggestions.
