[Evolution] Evolution and Spell Checker

It's been my experience (on RedHat 6.2 and 7.1) that if all components
are installed correctly (pspell and gnome-spell) - and spell checking is
enabled in the gtkhtml caplett - spell checking just works (in fact,
it's complaining right now about pspell, gtkhtml, and caplett).
