[Evolution] 100% MIME compliance? [Fwd: I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-pkix-ipki-new-rfc2527-00.txt]

Hello all-
        Attached is a message that states:
"Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
Internet-Draft."

The message has an attachment icon in the header pane, although there is
no way to actually get to the attachment.

I'm wondering if/when this will be supported?

Thanks for all the great work!  Evolution has been my primary mailer for
several months now.

certificate policies or certification practice statements for 
participants within public key infrastructures, such as

(at the writer's discretion) need to be covered in a certificate 
policy or a certification practice statement.  This document is 
being submitted to the RFC Editor with a request for publication as 
an Informational RFC.
