[Evolution] latest IMAP challenges

A couple of notes.  As a reminder, I have an imap account set as my
default account, and I'm set up to check for new mail every 3 minutes.
I've noticed that the refresh process does occur on schedule (yay!) but
it takes 30-40 seconds, and runs the CPU utilization at 80+% on my P3500
system with 256MB RAM.

Evo ran fine all day today until just now when it crashed.
