[Evolution] Changing encoding

Hi guys,

Would Evolution get an option to display the (text / html) content in
an encoding different than what the headers / defaults  specify ?

This is frequently needed with multilingual mail and people
who cannot manage to set the Encoding in Outlook / Netscape right.
