[Evolution] Subjects for forwarded mail...

I noticed today that evolution uses [previous_email]Subject for
forwarding mail.  IMHO this is too long and not very
to-the-point.  Forwards don't get threaded with their original message,
and they can get lost in a big folder.  I did a little research.  Here
are some other standard formats:

Netscape: Fwd: Subject
Pine: Subject (fwd)
Outlook: Fw: Subject

I find Outlook's the best because it's short and sweet.  You can still
see the original subject.  However, netscape's is fine too.  Pine's
sucks because if your subject is long enough to scroll out of the
window, you'll never see that it is a forward at all.  Regardless, IMHO
Evolution's current implementation could use some work.
