RE: [Evolution] Why is ~/evolution not ~/.evolution?

I join the movement for ~/.evolution. I like to have the choice to 'rm
-rf ~/.anyapp' to remove config from an app that I may have confused
in some way. The rational solution (to me) would therfore be to
separate config data to ~/.evolution, and store folders in any
directory of my choice, e.g. ~/folders (which could also be default).
