[Evolution] Compose problems with wrapping text

I noticed that it does not always do a line wrap when I'm replying to a message but if I create a new message it does work fairly well.  I would like to have the option to set the wrap length to 69 characters or whatever or none at all.  Most of all I would like it wrap all the text in the screen where I type.
