The same here.
(I know, not usefull at all, but at least Micheal won't feel lonely ;-)
Alternatively, this was a problem in CVS gtkhtml for a week or two a
month ago or so. You might try checking that your gtkhtml is up-to-date.
My control center shows "HTML editor" and "HTML viewer" in the document
handlers section, BTW.
