Ah that worked ... well kind of -- after installing another 10 or 15
dependencies.  Now... after all of that, the compile seems to go
fine... and the install... but I can find anything on my system to run
it!  I mean... it installs some shared objects... pictures... but no
executable.

I've tried everything to get this working.  I've installed the bonobo
source... rpm.. everything.  Same problem. Any ideas (I'm usning RHAT 7)?

Since you are compiling from source, you need the header files to go
along with the libraries.  Those headers should be in the bonobo-devel
rpm package or you can install it from source code (not source rpm).  I
would suggest you just install the bonobo-devel rpm to make life easier
on yourself though :)
