I find that people (myself included) often forget to attach a file to an
email. I was thinking that it would be usefull if evolution looked at an
outgoing message and looked for ``I have attached'', ``attached is'', etc.
and ask the user if they intended to attach someting.
Michael Meeks wrote a patch to do just this a long time ago...
Michael, what ever happened to that?
