[Evolution] Dumb Question

 Ok, here it is, how do I create folders?  
 
 I would have thought the File->New->Folder menu would have worked, it
 certianly goes through the motions, but no new folder.
 
 So I made the directory myself.  Did the menu thing again, but no New
 Folder.
 
 I rember having this problem two previews ago, then it got fixed, now
 it's broke again.  Useing the standard helix-update version of
 evolution.
