[Evolution] Evolution 0.0 not compiling.

After compiling and installing all the requirements, configure worked ok, and
make went through most of it, but halting at:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `camel-folder-pt-proxy.c', needed by
`camel-folder-pt-proxy.lo'.  Stop.

I tried compiling with:
./configure --prefix=/usr --with-threads --with-catgets && make

I'm using Slackware Linux (7.0 -> -current)
