[Evolution] ldap server foo

if you've build evolution with ldap support, you can now switch between
ldap servers.  the current code is rather hacky (it's in the component
dir and should be split out, the dialog code needs work, it's
interaction with the minicard view leaves something to be desired, etc.)
but you can enter the server information and do a search and have it
populate the minicard view properly.

no server information is saved at present, so the dialog is more "Switch
to Directory Server" and not "New Directory Server."

if nothing else, this means that you no longer have to hardcode the uri
to load into the evolution-addressbook source :)
