[HC Evolution] glupped files, the antepenultimate word ...

So, for version 1.0 of Evolution we are just going to play it safe,

reliable system.

This has to be the right decision not only in the short, but
perhaps the long term too. Feasibly both evolution and nautillus will be
so wonderful that people will port / install them both on any target
platform; hence for mouse users we only have to worry about knobbling
nautilus to show this directory as a 'file' in some sense. For CLI users a
directory is as easy as a file anyhow, they know what they are doing.

IE. the heretical thought is to do it all in nautilus and junk
libefs, which is also the pragmatic conclusion.

        Oh well,
