[HC Evolution] Need some help please

Hi all

I can compile evolution. Actually my problem is that it seems that I don´t have all the libraries need to 
compile evolution. After installing all that the configure ask me for, now it is looking for libunicode and 
something call unicode-config (I guest like the gnome-config), but I cannot find it.
Can you tell me where to get it from? It would be great if it is in a .deb pakage
