Hi Dan,
Is this an old requirement? I have libxml 1.8.9 installed and I can
compile CVS as well as the 0.3.1 tarballs. Am I just lucky? :-)
libxml-1.8.9-0_helix_1
libxml-devel-1.8.9-0_helix_1
