[Evolution] Printing

In both 0.2 and 0.3 I have problems printing mail messages.
In both cases the print preview and the printed page have a solid black
band across the top of the page. this extends from one side to the
other, and is about 2 1/2 inches tall.
Printing from the calendar and the address book would appear to work
without any problems.
