I believe this is a Bonobo bug. I have similiar problems when the
selected locale is Italian. I am Cc:ing Michael Meeks the GnomeUIInfo
master so that maybe he can help.

Tools/Expunge would do it... :-/

As a workaround try to use the default locale.
